Mix all the ingredients together and apply to face for
10-15 minutes. Rinse off well with warm water.
Protein mask - 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 teaspoon
honey.
Mix all ingredients together and apply to face. Leave on
for approximately 10-15minutes. This is great for cleansing, toning and
moisturizing all at once.
To eliminate pimples – mix
some brewers yeast with plain yogurt and
apply it to the face.
To whiten skin – Mix
one tablespoon yogurt with one tablespoon honey. Apply to clean skin for approximately 20
minutes. Rinse off well with warm water.
Healthy glowing skin
- Mix two tablespoons of yogurt with a
few drops of all natural orange juice. Leave on face approximately 15-20
minutes and rinse well with warm water.
