as beneficial on the inside as it is on the outside of the body.
Green tea can
boost the skin in so many ways, and one of the greatest benefits is younger
looking skin. Green tea has a mixture
of potent antioxidants which fight skin damage caused by free radicals, and
have anti-inflammatory properties.
Some
of the benefits of green tea are as follows:
Green tea reduces sun damage and makes sunscreens
more effective (however, there is no U.V. protection directly in the green tea)
Green tea helps prevent the signs of aging
Green tea helps prevent skin cancer
Green tea has antioxidants and anti-inflammatory
properties that can be used to treat psoriasis, rosacea, warts and acne
